What is a whipped cream dispeners?
The whipped cream dispenser is an aluminum or stainless steel device, which relies on an 8 g gas bulb to pressurize the tank to immediately dissolve the gas into the liquid. How does the whipped cream dispenser make whipped cream?
To make whipped cream, you must use thickening (fresh cream). The optimal fat content of this cream is between 27-36%. When the N20 cream charger is put into the jar, the N20 dissolves into the fat immediately. When the lever is pressed, it releases the pressure, swells the nitrous oxide in the fat molecules, and distributes the whipped cream.

Will all liquids do this?

Can you purchase any gas online?

No, only 8 grams of Nitrous Oxide Cream Charger (N2O) or CO2 bulbs in extremely rare formulations. Nitrous oxide is used because it dissolves easily with liquids and does not oxidize when in the tank. The N20 in the cream charger can also inhibit the growth of bacteria and is tasteless and tasteless. How to use the whipped cream dispenser
Start with the whipped cream dispenser recipe, then place the dispenser on a flat surface.

How to clean the cream maker
Do not put the head of the whipped cream dispenser into the dishwasher. We recommend that you wash it by hand.

  • First remove the suction head and cartridge holder.
  • Turn the dispenser head over and remove the rubber or silicone gasket, and then pull the head valve out of the head. Please note that some distributor head valves cannot be removed. If you are not sure, give it a tug.
  • Clean each part separately with detergent and water.
  • Remove the dispenser head without parts and wash it with dish soap and water until it is clean.
  • Let everything dry
  • After drying, put them back in place.
