3. Under pressure, nitrite will dissolve in fat, which is why the fat content is about 20% of the liquid. With the whipped cream charger, 27% fat can be easily whipped. This may be fat in whipped cream or double cream, or some recipes need to add another type of fat (usually butter)), then when you prepare some fat with a filler of whipped cream, it actually happens What food or drink? Well, the process is very simple. Regardless of what kind of foam you plan to pour into the dispenser bottle, then press it in firmly while tightening the head. Use a charger tank containing 8 grams of gas to pressurize the liquid and force the N2O to dissolve in it.

Depending on the formulation, it may be necessary to operate while the contents are still hot to give the gas a chance to penetrate the substance at the molecular level. After pulling the trigger, the contents of the dispenser will be pushed out under pressure, and the captured nitrous oxide will expand. All recipes contain some form of fat or gelling agent/thickener to ensure that the gas does not simply bounce and disappear into the atmosphere. Some tips: Give time to inject gas into the contents of the wiper and always shake the contents to ensure even distribution of the gas. Try to avoid any clumps, seeds, small spots or debris in the mixture from blocking the dispenser nozzle.
